Our main operations are digital, but for in-person interactions, we ensure accessibility wherever possible. Customers picking up or dropping off Tiffins can contact us in advance for assistance, and would be our honour to make suitable arrangements. Our team also provides customer support via email or phone for those who may find online forms difficult to use. We're always happy to help our family members - even the ones who click the same button five times...
