Welcome to Deeyah Delights, where your food is fresh, your privacy is safe, and your laughter is slightly encouraged. This isn’t one of those scary legal pages; it’s just us being honest about how we handle your information (spoiler: gently and ethically).

 

What We Collect: We only collect what’s needed - your name, phone, email, and address (so your tiffin doesn’t end up at your neighbor’s); payment info (handled securely by Wix or our payment partner - we cook food, not identities); and basic site data to make your next visit smoother, not to stalk your browser.

 

How We Use It: To deliver your food hot and fresh, contact you about your order (not send you random “Hello Sir/Ma'am” messages), and improve your experience. We’ll never sell your info - the only thing we sell is food (with genuine love).

 

Data Security: Our website is hosted on Wix, which automatically provides SSL encryption (that tiny lock at the top left in your browser). In short, your data travels online wrapped in a digital blanket no one can peek through. We can’t code, but we can cook and we respect both equally.​

Cookies: We use cookies to make your browsing smoother. They remember what you clicked, not your secrets. You can disable them anytime, but who really hates cookies?

Refunds and Fraudulent Submissions: (Sorry! But this is serious) In cases where a customer submits false, invalid, or misleading information during student verification, Deeyah Delights reserves the right to cancel the subscription without notice. A refund will be processed after deducting a $50 administrative and verification-handling fee to cover processing and review costs. This measure ensures fairness to genuine customers and maintains the integrity of our student plan. No refunds will be issued for single-day cancellations in the monthly plan.

Additional Refund Note: If a refund is issued due to updates or changes in our policies, no deduction or processing fees will be charged to the customer. The calculated or applicable refund amount that needs to be compensated will be provided at the end of the subscription period. The refund will either be adjusted in the next billing cycle once the current subscription period ends or sent via Interac e-Transfer to the email address provided by the customer during signup or refund request. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue improving our policies and services.

*Please note that a $20 additional charge applies for roti-sabji customization. This helps us maintain our premium ingredient quality while providing extra sabji as per your request.

Meal Cancellations: You can cancel a meal on certain days if needed. However, the cost of your weekly or monthly plan will remain the same, and cancellations cannot be refunded. This helps us plan and prepare your meals efficiently.

Please note:

Monthly Plan: Customers selecting the monthly tiffin plan will receive deliveries 20 days per month. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.

Weekly Plan: Customers selecting the weekly tiffin plan will receive deliveries 5 days per week, also Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.​

Important Allergy Notice

At Deeyah Delights, we strive to provide fresh and carefully prepared meals. However, our food is prepared in a kitchen where common allergens may be present, including but not limited to dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, mustard, sesame, and other allergens. While we take reasonable precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free from allergens. Customers with food allergies or specific dietary restrictions are strongly advised to review the listed ingredients carefully and contact us before placing an order if they have any concerns. By purchasing or consuming our meals, you acknowledge and accept that Deeyah Delights cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from food allergies or sensitivities.

Please note that our menu may occasionally change without prior notice due to ingredient availability, seasonal variations, or kitchen requirements. We do not deliver occasional items; orders are fulfilled according to our daily updated menu. We truly appreciate your understanding.

 

Your Rights: You can ask what info we have, tell us to fix or delete it, or unsubscribe anytime (though we’ll miss you). Just email support@deeyahdelights.com, and we’ll handle it faster than a tiffin on a hungry day.

 

Third Parties: We use trusted services like Wix and payment partners, they have their own strict privacy standards, kind of like your mom’s food rules. Updates: If anything changes, we’ll update this page - no fine print, no surprises.

Delivery Timings: Kindly note that our tiffin deliveries are scheduled between 1:30 PM and 8 PM. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure your meals are delivered fresh and on time.​ Tiffins will be delivered to your reception/front desk only. We do not deliver to upstairs units.​

​

Subscription Cut-off Time: Please note that any meal plan subscribed to after 8:00 PM will not be delivered the next day, but will be scheduled for delivery on the following day.

​

Service Start Notice: Our tiffin service always starts from the next day after your order. The system might let you pick today’s date by mistake, but don’t worry; your delicious tiffin will be delivered starting tomorrow! (Updated on 5th March 2026)

Delivery Notice: Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Selecting these days may be possible due to a technical glitch, but deliveries are not made on weekends. Any orders placed for Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Monday. Kindly note that our subscription is based on a 20-day meal plan (weekday deliveries only). This update was made after our launch, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by earlier ads mentioning 6-day delivery. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.  (Updated on 12th March 2026)

 

In rare cases of bad weather, kitchen maintenance, or other unforeseen events, we’ll let you know in advance - because honesty is still our main ingredient.
